NOTIFICATION (Central Excise) S.R.O.168(I)/98.- In exercise of the powers conferred by sub-section(1) of section 12A of the Central Excises Act, 1944 (I of 1944), the Federal Government is pleased to direct that the following further amendment shall be made in its notification No.S.R.O.454(I)/96 dated the 13th June, 1996, namely:- In the aforesaid Notification, in the Table, in column (1), after heading 3402.9099 and the entries relating thereto in columns (2) and (3), the following new headings and the entries relating thereto in columns (2) and (3) shall be inserted, namely:- “4802.0000 Unquoted paper and paperboard, of Five per cent a kind used for writing, printing or other ad val. Graphic purposes, and punch card Stock and punch tape paper, in rolls Or sheets, other than paper of heading No.48.01 or 48.03; hand-made paper and paperboard 4803.0000 Toilet or facial tissue stock, Five per cent towel or napkin stock and similar ad val. Paper of kind used for household Or sanitary purposed, cellulose Wadding and webs of cellulose fibres, whether or not creped, crinkled, embossed, perforated, surface-coloured, surface-decorated or printed, in rolls of sheets 4804.0000 Uncoated kraft paper and paperboard Five per cent in rols or sheets , other than that of ad val. heading no 48.03 4805.0000 Other uncoated paper and paperboard, Five per cent in rolls or sheets, not further worked ad val or processed than as specified in Note 2 to Chapter 48
