Cookie policy

Qanoon Digest sets no cookies of its own. There are no accounts, no advertising network and no cross-site tracking pixels. Visits are counted with Cloudflare Web Analytics, which does not use cookies.

What that means in practice

• No advertising cookies. The site carries no ads.
• No analytics cookies. Cloudflare Web Analytics, provided by the site's host, counts page views with a small script that sets no cookies and does not track you across other sites.
• No social embeds. No third party widgets that would set cookies.
• Search stays local. Site search downloads a pre-built index and runs in your browser. Your search terms are not transmitted anywhere.

Local storage

Your browser may cache site files and the search index so pages load faster on a return visit. That is ordinary browser caching, not tracking, and clearing your browser data removes it without affecting how the site works.

Hosting logs

The hosting provider keeps standard server request logs for security and reliability. Those are server-side records, not cookies, and are covered in theprivacy policy.

If any cookie-setting service is ever added, this page will be updated before it goes live, a consent mechanism will be provided where required, and the revision date above will change.
