SROs: Statutory Regulatory Orders

An SRO (Statutory Regulatory Order) is a notification issued by the Federal Government or the Federal Board of Revenue under a power given by an Act or Ordinance, and published in the Gazette of Pakistan. SROs make rules, grant exemptions, change rates and values, and set procedures, so the law in force often depends on them.

This library lists all 4,823 SROs that FBR's website lists for four departments, dated 1970 to 2026. 3,724 have their text reproduced here from the official file; the rest are scanned images, spreadsheets or links FBR's server no longer serves, listed with the official link.
