Amendments in notification No. S.R.O. 565(I)/2006, dated the 5th June, 2006

GOVERNMENT OF PAKISTAN MINISTRY OF FINANCE, ECONOMIC AFFAIRS, STATISTICS AND REVENUE (REVENUE DIVISION) ***** Islamabad, the 25th September, 2007. NOTIFICATION (CUSTOMS) S.R.O. 981 (I)/2007.- In exercise of the powers conferred by section 19 of the Customs Act, 1969 (IV of 1969), the Federal Government is pleased to direct that the following further amendments shall be made in its Notification No. S.R.O. 565(I)/2006, dated the 5th June, 2006, namely: - In the aforesaid Notification, in the Table, in column (1), - (1) against S. No. 2, in column (3), under heading “Sub-components and Components”,- (a) in entry (12), after the word “Compressor”, the words and letters “for use with non-CFC and HCFC gases” shall be added and shall be deemed to have been so added on the 10th June, 2007; and (b) in entry (12), in column (4), after the figure “8414.3010”, the figure “8414.3090” shall be added and shall be deemed to have been so added on the 10th June, 2007; (2) against S. No. 6, in column (3), under heading Sub-components and Components, after entry (29) and entries relating thereto in columns (4) and (5), the following new entries and the entries relating thereto shall be added, namely:- “(30) Evaporators Enameled 8415.9011 15% ad val.”; and Coated for Antirust (31) Condensors 8415.9021 (3) against S. No. 22, in column (3), in entry (7), for the words “Printed Emulsion” the words, obliques and brackets “Printing Hardener/Emulsion/Oil and Mixture of chemical (Defoculant for Ceramic Body)” shall be substituted;

(4) against S. No. 25, in column (3),- (a) in entry (2), after the word “Diaphram” the oblique and words “/Regulator Diaphrams” shall be added; and (b) against entry (11), after the word “regulators” the oblique and words “/ components of CNG regulators” shall be added; (5) against S. No. 41, in column (3), under the heading “Raw materials”, after entry (11) and entry relating thereto in column (4), the following new entry and the entry relating thereto shall be added, namely:- “(12) Flux Cored soldier Wire 8311.3000”; and (6) after S. No. 132, and the entries relating thereto in columns (2), (3), (4), (5) and (6), the following new S. Nos. and the entries relating thereto shall be inserted, namely:- “(132A) Fortified Rosin Raw materials 5% ad val Nil (1) Gum Rosin 3806.1010 (2) Maleic 2917.1400 Anhydride (132B) Laminated Raw materials 10% ad val Nil Board (1) Raw Chipboard/ 4410.1100 particle board (132C) Carbon less Raw materials 15% ad val Nil”.
