(CUSTOMS)
S.R.O. 908 (I)/2007.- In exercise of the powers conferred by section 19 of
the Customs Act, 1969 (IV of 1969), the Federal Government is pleased to direct that in
its Notification No. S.R.O. 565(I)/2006, dated the 5th June, 2006, the following further
amendments shall be made and shall be deemed to have been so made on the 10th
June, 2007, namely: -
In the aforesaid Notification, in the Table, in column (1), -
(1) against S. No. 7, against entry (2) in column (3), in column (4), for the figure
“3907.7000” the figure “3907.9900” shall be substituted;
(2) against S. No. 31, in entry (16) in column (3), the bracket, word, letters and
figure “(HySorbTM R7061)” shall be omitted;
(3) against S. No. 34, under heading (C) in column (3), against entry (1), in
column (4), for the figure “3904.1090” the figure “3904.2200” shall be
substituted;
(4) against S. No. 36, in entries (7) and (8), in column (3), for the words, letter
and figure “Shell Sol A 100” and “Shell Sol D 70” the word, letter and figure
“Solvent C-9” shall be substituted;
(5) against S. No. 53,
(a) under clause (ii) in column (3), in entry (6), for the word, commas and
figures “Solvesso-100, 150, 200” the word, letter and figure “Solvent C-
9” shall be substituted, and

(b) against entries (43), (44), (45), (46), (47) and (48) in column (3), in
column (4), for the figures “2930.2030”, “2930.2020”, “2930.9030”,
“2930.9040”, “2930.9050” and “2930.9060” the figures “2930.2020”,
“2930.9030”, “2930.9040”, “2930.9050”, “2930.9060” and “2930.9070”
shall respectively be substituted; and
(6) against S. No. 73, against entries (3) and (4) in column (3), in column (4), for
the figures “3823.1930” and “3823.1930” the figures “3823.1990” and
“3823.1990” shall respectively be substituted.
