NOTIFICATION
(CUSTOMS/SALES TAX)
S.R.O. 875(I)/2007.- In exercise of the powers conferred by section
19 of the Customs Act, 1969 (IV of 1969), and clause (a) of sub-section (2) of
section 3 of the Sales Tax Act, 1990, the Federal Government is pleased to
direct that in its Notification No. S.R.O. 678(I)2004, dated the 7th August, 2004,
the following further amendments shall be made and shall be deemed to have
been so made on the 7th August, 2004, namely:-
In the aforesaid Notification, under the heading “CONDITIONS
WITH REFERENCE TO CLAUSES (1), (2), AND (2a)”, in condition (vii),-
(a) after the word and comma “rigs,” the words, figures, letters
and comma “6x6 trucks which fall under PCT heading
87.04,” shall be inserted; and
(b) after the word “vessels”, occurring for the second time, the
commas, words, figures and letters “,and 6x6 trucks which
fall under PCT heading 87.04,” shall be omitted.
