CUSTOMS
S.R.O. 888(I)/2007.- In exercise of the powers conferred by sub-section (2) of section 10 of the
Finance Act, 1991 (XII of 1991), and in supersession of its Notification No.S.R.O.1076(I)/2005, dated the 22nd
October, 2005, the Federal Government is pleased to direct that in its Notification No.SRO.822(I)/91, dated
the 20th August, 1991, the following further amendments shall be deemed to have been so made on the 6th
June, 2005, namely:-
In the aforesaid Notification, in the Table,-
(a) against S.No.2 in the first column, in the second column, for the figures and word “237 to 263”
the figures and word “342 to 363” shall be substituted; and
(b) against S.No.3 in the first column, in the second column, for the figures and word “237 to 263”
the figures and word “342 to 363” shall be substituted.
