(Customs)
S.R.O. 818 (I)/2007.- In exercise of the powers conferred by Section 19 of
the Customs Act, 1969 (IV of 1969), the Federal Government is pleased to direct
that the following further amendments shall be made in its Notification No S.R.O.
570(I) 2005 dated 6th June, 2005, ,namely
In the aforesaid Notification,
(1) in TABLE I,-
(a) after serial number 17, in column (1), and the entries relating
thereto in columns (2),(3) and (4) , the following new serial number
and the entries relating thereto shall be inserted, namely:-
“17A 1404.9020 Betel leaves 20%”; and
(b) after serial number 39, in column (1), and the entries relating thereto
in columns (2), (3) and (4), the following new serial number and the
entries relating thereto shall be inserted , namely:-
“39A. 3304.10 Herbal cosmetics 50%; and
3304.20 manufactured and
3304.30 marketed as Sri Lankan
