(Customs)
S.R.O. 817 (I)/2007.- In exercise of the powers conferred by Section 19 of
the Customs Act, 1969 (IV of 1969), the Federal Government is pleased to direct
that in its Notification No S.R.O. 570(I) 2005 dated 6th June, 2005, the following
further amendments shall be made land shall be deemed to have been so made on
the 10th June,2007,namely
In the aforesaid Notification,
(a) in clause (aa) for the word, figure and letter “Table I-A”, the word and
figure “Table-II” shall be substituted;
(b) in clause (b) for the word and figure “Table-II”, the word and figure
“Table-III” shall be substituted; and
(c) in clause (c) for word and figure “Table-III”, the word and figure “Table-
IV” shall be substituted.
