Amendments in Notification No.S.R.O.567(I)/2006, dated the 5th June, 2006.

GOVERNMENT OF PAKISTAN MINISTRY OF FINANCE, ECONOMIC AFFAIRS, STATISTICS & REVENUE (REVENUE DIVISION) ***** Islamabad, the 29th September, 2007 NOTIFICATION (CUSTOMS) S.R.O. 992(I)/2007.- In exercise of the powers conferred by section 19 of the Customs Act, 1969 (IV of 1969), the Federal Government is pleased to direct that the following further amendments shall be made in its Notification No.S.R.O.567(I)/2006, dated the 5th June, 2006, namely:- In the aforesaid Notification,- (1) In Table (1),_ (a) against S.No. 5 in column (1), in column (2), (i) after the figure “2922.5000” and the entries relating thereto in columns (3),(4), and (5), the following new figures and the entries relating thereto shall be inserted, namely:- “2933.3990 Concenstrated Coccidiostats 0% Nil 2934.9910 Furazolidone (feed grade) 0% Nil”; and (ii) after the figure “3004.3900” and the entries relating thereto in columns (3), (4) and (5) the following new figures and the entries relating thereto shall be added, namely:- “3004.3900 Sulphadimerzine 0% Nil (mixture form with any other anticoccidial) 3004.3900 Sulphaqunoxaline 0% Nil”; (mixture form with any other anticoccidial)

(b) after S.No. 9 in column (1) and the entries relating thereto in columns (2),(3),(4) and (5), the following new serial number and the entries relating thereto shall be inserted, namely:- “9A 2917.3500 Pathalic Anhydride 12.5% Nil”; and (c) after S.No. 21 in column (1) and the entries relating thereto in columns (2),(3),(4) and (5), the following new serial number and the entries relating thereto shall be inserted, namely:- “21A 3919.9090 BOPP Films in Jumbo Rolls 15% Nil”; Exceeding 20 CM. (2) in Table.II, against S.No. 62 and 73 in column (1), in column (4) for the figure “9” the figure “7” shall be substituted; and (3) in Table.III, against S.No. 105 in column (1), in column (3), after entry (iii), the following shall be added, namely:- “ (iv) Printed Alu+Alu-Cold forming Aluminum Foil bearing the particulars of drugs and manufacturers Pharmaceutical grade”. ______________________________________________________________________________ [C.No. 3(2)Tar-I/2007-Main] (MUSARRAT JABEEN) Additional Secretary
