S.R.O. 749(I)/99.- In exercise of the powers conferred by section 7 of the
Customs (Amendment Act , 1999), the Federal Government is pleased to direct that in its
Notification No. S.R.O. 749(I)/98, dated the 29th June, 1998, the following further
amendment shall be made and shall be deemed to have been so made from the 12th June,
1999, namely:-
In the aforesaid Notification, in the TABLE, for the brackets, word and figures
“(II of 1999)”, wherever occurring, the brackets, word and figures “(IV of 1999)” shall be
substituted.
