S.R.O.979 (I)/99. - In exercise of the powers conferred by section 19 of
the Customs Act, 1969 (IV of 1969), and sub-section (5) of section 13 of the Sales Tax
Act, 1990, the Federal Government is pleased to direct that the following further
amendments shall be made in its Notification No. S.R.O 881(I)/80 dated the 23rd August
1980, namely: -
In the aforesaid Notification,
(a) the words, figures and commas “and section 13 of the Sales Tax Act,
1990, “shall be omitted; and
(b) the words “and sales tax” shall be omitted.
