(CUSTOMS)
S.R.O. 712 (I)/2008.- In exercise of the powers conferred by section 19 of
the Customs Act, 1969 (IV of 1969), the Federal Government is pleased to direct that in
its Notification No. S.R.O. 565(I)/2006, dated the 5th June, 2006, the following
amendments shall be made and shall be deemed to have been so made on the 12th
June, 2008, namely: -
In the aforesaid Notification, in the Table, in column (1), -
(1) against S. No. 6, in column (3), under the heading “Sub-components and
Components”, against entries (26), (27), (32) and (38), in column (4), for the
figures “8415.9091”, “8415.9091”, “8483.5030” and “8536.5092”, the figures
“7607.2000”, “3919.9090”, “8483.5090” and “8536.5091” shall respectively
be substituted;
(2) against S. No. 24, in column (3), in entry (1), after the figure and letters “1
Ft” the comma, figure and letters “, 2 Ft” shall be inserted; and
(3) against S. No. 42, in column (3), under the heading “Sub-components and
Components”, after entry (20), the following new entry and the
corresponding entry in columns (4) shall be added, namely:-
“(21) Bulbs upto 20 watts 8539.2990”.
