(CUSTOMS)
S.R.O.711 (I)/2008.- In exercise of the powers conferred by sub-section (5) of
section 18 of the Customs Act, 1969 (IV of 1969), the Federal Government is pleased to
direct that in its Notification No. S.R.O 693(I)/2006, dated the 1st July, 2006, the
following amendments shall be made and shall be deemed to have been so made on
the 12th June, 2008, namely: -
In the aforesaid Notification,-
(1) in Appendix-I, in column (1), against PCT code 8708.7010, in
column (2), before the word “caps”, the word and comma “disc,”
shall be inserted; and
(2) in Appendix-II, in column (1), against PCT code 8708.7020, in
column (2), before the word “caps”, the word and comma “disc,”
shall be inserted.
