(Customs)
S.R.O. 648 (I)/2008.- In exercise of the powers conferred by section 19 of
the Customs Act, 1969 (IV of 1969), the Federal Government is pleased to direct that the
following further amendments shall be made, in its notification NO. SRO 567(I)/2006,
dated 5th June, 2006, namely:-
In the aforesaid Notification, in Table I,-
(i) against S. No. 4 in column (1), in column (2), for the figure
“2933.3390” the figure “2933.3990” shall be substituted;
(ii) against S. No. 20 in column (1), in column (2), for the figure
“3808.9300”, the figures “3808.9310” and “3808.9390” shall be
substituted;
(iii) against S. No. 23 in column (1), in column (4), for the figure “15”
the figure “10” shall be substituted; and
(iv) S. No. 27 in column (1) and the entries relating thereto in columns
(2), (3), (4) and (5) shall be omitted.
