NOTIFICATION (CUSTOMS) S.R.O.656(I)/2008.- In exercise of the powers conferred by section 181 of the Customs Act, 1969 (IV of 1969), the Federal Board of Revenue is pleased to direct that the following further amendment shall be made in its Notification No.S.R.O.487(I)/2007, dated the 9th June, 2007, namely:- In the aforesaid Notification, in paragraph 2, in seventh proviso,- (a) for the figures and word “31st May”, wherever occurring, the figures and words “30th June” shall be substituted; and (b) for the figures and word “30th June” wherever occurring, the figures and word “31st July” shall be substituted. ______________________________________________________________________ [C.
