(CUSTOMS)
S.R.O.654(I)/2008. - In exercise of the powers conferred by section 19 of the
Customs Act, 1969 (IV of 1969), and sub-clause (a) of sub-section (2) of section 13 of
the Sales Tax Act, 1990, the Federal Government is pleased to direct that in its
Notification No. S.R.O. 575(I)/2006, dated the 5th June, 2006, the following
amendments shall be made and shall be deemed to have been so made on the 12th
June, 2008, namely:-
In the aforesaid Notification, in the Table, in column (1), in S.No.35,-
(i) under `item 2`, against entry (e), in column (3), for the figure
“8543.1790” the figure “8543.7090” shall be substituted’ and
(ii) under `item 3`, against entry (c ), in column (3) , for the figure
“8543.`1790” the figure “8543.7090” shall be substituted.
