S.R.O. 573(I)/2006.-- In exercise of the powers conferred by sub-
section (3) of section 18 of the Customs Act, 1969 (IV of 1969), the Federal
Government is pleased to direct that a regulatory duty at the rate of twenty-five
per cent (25%) ad valorem shall be levied on export of ferrous and non-ferrous
waste and scrap classifiable under the PCT Headings given in the table below,
namely:-
