NOTIFICATION
(CUSTOMS)
S.R.O.492(I)/2006.- In exercise of the powers conferred by sub-section
(3) of section 18 of the Customs Act, 1969 (IV of 1969), the Federal Government of
Pakistan is pleased to direct that a regulatory duty at the rate of thirty-five per cent ad
valorem shall be levied on export of pulses classified under PCT heading No.0713.
2. This notification shall be deemed to have taken effect on 19th May, 2006.
