NOTIFICATION
(CUSTOMS)
S.R.O.474(I)/2006.- In exercise of the powers conferred by sub-section
(3) of section 18 of the Customs Act, 1969 (IV of 1969), the Federal Government of
Pakistan is pleased to directed that a regulatory duty at the rate of fifteen per cent (15%)
ad valorem shall be levied on export of sugar.
2. This notification shall be deemed to have taken effect on 22nd May, 2006.
