NOTIFICATION (CUSTOMS) S.R.O.482(I)/2007.- In exercise of the powers conferred by sub-section (3) of section 18 of the Customs Act, 1969 (IV of 1969) and in supersession of its Notification No.S.R.O.573(I)/2006, dated the 5th June, 2006, the Federal Government is pleased to direct that a regulatory duty at the rate of twenty-five per cent (25%) ad valorem shall be levied on export of ferrous and non-ferrous waste and scrap classifiable under the H.S. codes given in Table-I below and on bars, rods, ingots, slabs, and billets made thereof, whether or not in the form of alloys, classifiable under the H.S. codes given in Table-II below, namely:- TABLE - I S.
