SALES TAX EXEMPTION ON PLANT AND MACHINERY
Notification No. S.R.O. 565(I)/80, dated 28th May, 1980.--In exercise of the powers conferred by sub-section (1) of section 7 of the Sales Tax Act, 1951 (III of 1951), and in supersession of its Notification No. S.R.O. 1202(I)/79, dated the 17the December, 1979, the Federal Government is pleased to exempt the plant and machinery imported by M/s. Pakistan Iran Textiles for initial installation of its textile mills being set up in Baluchistan, namely, Lasbela Textile Mills, Balleli, form the tax payable under the said Act.
