S.R. O. 406(I)/2008. - In exercise of the powers conferred by clause (a)
of sub-section (2) of section 13 of the Sales Tax Act, 1990, the Federal
Government is pleased to direct that in its Notification No. S.R.O. 542(I)/2006,
dated the 5th June, 2006, the following amendments shall be made, namely:-
In the aforesaid Notification, in the Table, under item (5), in the entry (v),
for the figure “12” the figure “3” and for the figure “32” the figure “36” shall
respectively be substituted.
