S.R.O. 329(I)/2008.- In exercise of the powers conferred by the second
proviso to sub-section (1) of section 8B of the Sales Tax Act, 1990, the Federal
Board of Revenue is pleased to direct that the following amendment shall be
made in its Notification No. S.R.O. 647(I)/2007, dated the 27th June, 2007,
namely:-
In the aforesaid Notification, in the Table, in column (1), after serial
number (8) and the entry relating thereto in column (2), the following new serial
number and the entry relating thereto, shall be added, namely:-
“9. Solvent extracting units of edible oils”.
