S.R.O.301(I)/2008.- In exercise of the powers conferred by clause (46) of section
2 of the Sales Tax Act, 1990, the Federal Government is pleased to direct that the
following amendments shall be made in its Notification No.SRO609(I)/2004 dated
the16th July, 2004, namely:-
In the aforesaid Notification, in the Table, against S.No.2 in column (1), in
column (3), after clause (ii) and the entries relating thereto in column (4), the following
new clause and entries relating thereto shall be added, namely:-
“(iii) N(10) P(50) K(0) 4,321”.
