(SALES TAX)
S.R.O. 282(I)/2008.- In exercise of the powers conferred by section 7A of
the Sales Tax Act, 1990, read with sub-section (6) of section 3 thereof, the
Federal Government is pleased to direct that that the following amendment shall
be made in its Notification No. S.R.O. 645(I)/2006, dated the 21st June, 2006,
namely:-
In the aforesaid Notification, in the Table, for the PCT headings against
serial numbers 7, 21, 22, 23, 26, 30, 48 and 49 and the entries relating thereto,
the following shall be substituted, namely:-
“2903.3940, 2918.9910, 2919.9010, 2919.9090, 2921.1100, 2922.1310
and 2922.1390, 2930.9070, 2930.9070 and 2930.5000.”
