(SALES TAX)
S.R.O. 510(I)/2008.- In exercise of the powers conferred by the second
proviso to clause (46) of section 2 of the Sales Tax Act, 1990, the Federal Board
of Revenue is pleased to direct that the following amendment shall be made in its
Notification No. S.R.O. 564(I)/2006, dated the 5th June, 2006, namely: -
In the aforesaid Notification, for the words “nineteen rupees” the words
“twenty- one rupees and fifty paisa” shall be substituted.
