27 of the Sales Tax Act, 1990, and sub-section (5) of section 4 of the Federal Excise
Act, 2005, the Federal Board of Revenue is pleased to rescind its Notification No.
S.R.O. 543(I)/2006, dated the 5th June, 2006, with effect from the 1st July, 2008.
