NOTIFICATION (SALES TAX) S.R.O. 564(I)/2006. - In exercise of the powers conferred by the second proviso to clause (46) of section 2 of the Sales Tax Act, 1990, and in supersession of the Notification No. S.R.O. 315(I)/2006, dated the 1st April, 2006, the Central Board of Revenue is pleased to fix the value of taxable supply of locally produced white crystalline sugar falling under Heading No. 1701.9910 of the First Schedule to the Customs Act, 1969 (IV of 1969) at twenty-nine rupees per kilogram irrespective of the value at which the supply is made.
