(Central Excise)
S.R.O. 806 (I)/99.- In exercise of the powers conferred by sub-section
(1) of section 12A of the Central Excises Act, 1944 (I of 1944), the Federal
Government is pleased to direct that the following further amendments shall
be made in its Notification No.S.R.O.456(I)/96 dated the 13th June, 1996,
namely:-
In the aforesaid Notification, in the Table, in column (1),-----
(1) heading number 9802.4000 and the entries relating thereto in
columns (2) and (3) shall be omitted; and
(2) against heading number 9818.0000, in column (3), for the word
“Two” the words “One and a half” shall be substituted.
2. This notification shall take effect with effect from Ist July, 1999.
