NOTIFICATION ( Central Excise) S.R.O.668(I)/99.- In exercise of the powers conferred by sub-section (1) of section 12A of the Central Excises Act, 1944 (I of 1944), read with sub-section (2) of section 4 thereof, the Federal Government is pleased to direct that the following further amendments shall be made in its Notification No.S.R.O.456(I)/96, dated the 13th June, 1996, namely:- In the aforesaid Notification, in the table, in column (1), -- (1) after heading number 9802.2000 and the entries relating thereto in columns (2) and (3), the following new heading number and the entries relating thereto shall be inserted, namely:- “9802.4000 Advertisement in newspapers, Twelve and half per journals and periodicals cent of the charges.”; and (2) after heading number 9813.1090 and the entries relating thereto in columns (2) and (3), the following new heading number and the entries thereto shall be inserted, namely:- “9818.0000 Services provided or rendered Two per cent of the in respect of credit cards billed amount.”. 2.
