NOTIFICATION ( CENTRAL EXCISE) S.R.O.765 (I)/99.- In exercise of the powers conferred by sub-section (1) of section 12A of the Central Excises Act, 1944 (I of 1944), the Federal Government is pleased to direct that the following further amendments shall be made in its Notification No.S.R.O.454(I)/96, dated the 13th June, 1996, namely:- In the aforesaid Notification, in the Table, in column (1), - (1) after heading number 4411.2100 and the entries relating thereto in columns (2) and (3), the following new heading number and the entries relating thereto shall be inserted, namely:- “4801.0000 Newsprint, in rolls Two and a half or sheet per cent ad val.”; (2) after heading number 4811.2100 and the entries relating thereto in columns (2) and (3), the following new heading number and the entries relating thereto shall be inserted, namely:- “4819.3000 Kraft paper sacks Ten per cent 4819.4000 ad val.”; and (3) after heading number 4823.1100 and the entries relating thereto in columns (2) and (3), the following new heading number and the entries relating thereto shall be inserted, namely:- “5402.2000 Polyester filament Ten per cent 5402.3300 Yarn ad val.”. 5402.4300 - - - - - - - - - - - - - - - - - - - - - - - - - - - - - - - - - - - - - - - - - - - - - - - - [C.No.9(11)-CEB/98] ( Syed Mohsin Asad ) Additional Secretary
