NOTIFICATION (Central Excise) S.R.O.385(I)/2001.- In exercise of the powers conferred by sub-section (1) of section 12A of the Central Excises Act, 1944 (I of 1944), the Federal Government is pleased to direct that the following further amendments shall be made in its Notification No.S.R.O.456(I)/96, dated the 13th June, 1996, namely:- In the aforesaid Notification, in the Table, in column (1),-- (1) heading number 2710.0094 and the entries relating thereto in columns (2) and (3) shall be omitted; (2) against heading number 2710.0099, in column (2), after the word “Other” the words “excluding sewing machine oil” shall be inserted; (3) heading number 2712.2000 and the entries relating thereto in columns (2) and (3) shall be omitted; (4) against heading number 2712.9000, in column (2), after the word “Other” the words “excluding slack wax” shall be inserted; (5) against heading number 2803.0000, in the column (2), after word “included” the words “excluding carbon black” shall be inserted; (6) against heading number 3305.0000, in column (2) after the word “hair” the words “excluding herbal hair oil and kali mehndi” shall be inserted; (7) against heading number 5402.0000, in column (2), after the word “decitex” the word “excluding nylon filament yarn” shall be inserted; (8) against heading number 5404.0000, in column (2), after the figure and letter “5 mm” the words “excluding nylon filament yarn” shall be inserted; (9) against heading number 5405.0000, in column (2), after the figure and letter “5 mm” the words “excluding nylon filament yarn” shall be inserted; (10) against heading number 5406.0000, in column (2), after the words “sale” the words “excluding nylon filament yarn” shall be inserted; and (11) heading numbers 5601.2200 and 5601.2900 and the entries relating thereto in columns (2) and (3) shall be omitted.
