Temp SRO. No. 9371(I)/2001
S.R.O. (I)/2001:- In exercise of the powers conferred by sub-section (1) of
section 3 of the Imports and Exports (Control) Act, 1950 (XXXIX of 1950), the Federal Government
is pleased to direct that the following further amendment shall be made in the Import Trade and
Procedures Order, 2000, namely:-
In the aforesaid Order, in Appendix-B, after serial number 339 in column 1 the
following new serial number and the entries relating there to in columns 2 and 3 shall be inserted,
namely:
“339.A 4105.1990 Finished sheep and goat leather”.
