Temp SRO. No. 9362(I)/2001
S.R.O.________(I)/2001: - In exercise of the powers conferred by sub-section (1) of
section 3 of the Imports and Exports (Control) Act, 1950 (XXXIX of 1950), the Federal Government is
pleased to direct that the following further amendment shall be made in the Import Trade and
Procedures Order, 2000, namely :-
In the aforesaid Order, in Appendix-A, after serial number H, following new serial number
and the entry relating thereto shall be inserted, namely:-
“III. Any edible product not fit for human consumption”.
