Temp SRO. No. 9368(I)/2001
S.R.O. (I)/2001:- In exercise of the powers conferred by sub-section (1) of
section 3 of the Imports and Exports (Control) Act, 1950 (XXXIX of 1950), the Federal Government
is pleased to direct that the following further amendments shall be made in the Import Trade and
Procedures Order, 2000, namely:-
In the aforesaid Order, in Appendix- A, in table A-1, in the first column, serial numbers
24 and 25 and the entries relating thereto in the second and third columns shall be omitted.
