S.R.O.________(I)/2000: - In exercise of the powers conferred by sub section (2) of
section 18 of the Customs Act, 1969 (IV of 1969). the Federal Government is pleased to direct that
the following further amendments shall be made in its Notification No. S.R.O. 445(I)/2000, dated the
1st July, 2000 namely:
In the aforesaid Notification, in the Table-II against S.No.8 in column (1), and the for
clauses (I) and (ii) and the entries relating thereto the following shall be substituted, namely:
“(I) If imported for use in electric capacitors
Subject to fulfillment of requirements of
The Ministry of Finance’s Notification No
SRO 505(I)/95, dated the 14th June, 1995.
(ii) Others. 5%,ad val”
