NOTIFICATION (CUSTOMS) S.R.O. 804 (I)/2008.- In exercise of the powers conferred by section 19 of the Customs Act, 1969 (IV of 1969), the Federal Government is pleased to direct that in its Notification No.S.R.O.567(I)/2006, dated the 5th June, 2006, the following further amendments shall be made, namely:- In the aforesaid Notification, in Table-I, after the serial number 2A in column (1) and the entries relating thereto in columns (2), (3), (4) and (5) , the following new serial number and the entries relating thereto shall be added, namely:- “2B 2710.1931 High Speed Diesel 7.5% Nil.”. ________________________________________________________________________ [C.No. 81-82-Tar.I/13(4)/36/2008] (MEHMOOD ALAM) Additional Secretary
