(CUSTOMS)
S.R.O. 857 (I)/2008. - In exercise of the powers conferred by section 19 of
the Customs Act, 1969 (IV of 1969), the Federal Government is pleased to direct that in its
Notification No. S.R.O. 567(I)/2006, dated 5th June, 2006, the following further amendments
shall be made, namely:-
In the aforesaid Notification, in Table-I, after serial number 2B in column (1) and
the entries relating thereto in columns (2), (3), (4) and (5), the following new
serial number and the entries relating thereto shall be added, namely:-
“2C 2710.1991 Mineral Oil 0% Subject to a certificate by Plant Protection
97%(W/V) Department specifying the quantities not
110%(W/V) exceeding 250 tons to be imported by the
person registered with them as importer,
formulator or manufacturer of pesticides if
imported by 15th October, 2008.
