(CUSTOMS)
S.R.O. 892(I)/2008.- In exercise of the powers conferred by section 19 of the Customs
Act, 1969 (IV of 1969), the Federal Government is pleased to direct that in its Notification
No.S.R.O.567(I)/2006, dated the 5th June, 2006, the following further amendments shall be
deemed to have been so made on the 16th August,2008, namely:-
In the aforesaid Notification, in Table-I, for the serial number 2C in column (1) and
the entries relating thereto in columns (2), (3), (4) and (5) , the following serial
number and the entries relating thereto shall be substituted, namely:-
“2C 2710.0000 Mineral Oil 0% (a) Subject to a certificate by Plant
97%(W/V) Protection Department specifying
110%(W/VW the quantities to be imported by the
person registered with them;
(b) Plant Protection Department will
also ensure:
(h) that total quantity does not exceed
250 tons.
(i) Goods are imported on or before the
15th October,2008”.
