(CUSTOMS)
S.R.O. (I)/2008.- In exercise of the powers conferred by clause (c) of
section 21 of the Customs Act, 1969 (IV of 1969), the Federal Board of Revenue is
pleased to direct that the following amendment shall be made in its Notification No.
S.R.O. 930(I)/2007, dated the 11th September, 2007, namely:-
In the aforesaid Notification, in Schedule XLIII, in column (2), after entry
2 and the corresponding entries relating thereto in columns (1), (3), (4) and (5), the
following new entry and the corresponding entries relating thereto shall be added,
namely:-
“1. Steel wire rod. 3. Galvanized steel 7217.2000 From 3.82% of the
2. Zinc. wire. 23.09.2008 f.o.b. value.”.
