N O T I F I C A T I O N
(CUSTOMS)
S.R.O. (I)/2008.- In exercise of the powers conferred by sub-section (3)
of section 18 of the Customs Act, 1969 (IV of 1969), the Federal Government is
pleased to direct that the following further amendment shall be made in
Notification No.S.R.O.946(I)/2008, dated the 4th September, 2008.
In the aforesaid Notification, in the preamble, for the TABLE, the following
shall be substituted, namely:-
“TABLE
Description HSD (Rs/Litre) SKO (Rs/Litre)
PDC on HSD and SKO with 0.00 0.00
effect from 16.10.2008.
1% coverage for exchange 0.68 0.62
loss on consumer price
effective 16.10.2008.
Total: 0.68 0.62”
