(CUSTOMS)
S.R.O. (I)/2007.- In exercise of the powers conferred by section 19 of the Customs Act,
1969 (IV of 1969), the Federal Government is pleased to direct that the following further amendments
shall be made in its Notification No. S.R.O. 565(I)/2006, dated the 5th June, 2006, namely: -
In the aforesaid Notification, in the Table, -
(1) against S.No. 20 in column (1), in columns (3), after item (30) and the entries relating thereto
in columns (4) and (5), the following new items and the entries relating thereto shall be
added, namely,-
“(31) Copper Cathode 7403.1100 0% ad val”;
(32) Aluminum Ingots 7601.1000
(2) against S.No. 28 in column (1), in column (3), for the words “and Front cabinet” the comma,
words, brackets and figure “, Front cabinet and Transformer (HS Code 8504.3100)” shall be
substituted;
(3) against S.No. 31 in column (1), after item (15) in column (3) and the entries relating thereto in
column (4), the following shall be added, namely,-
“(16) Super Absorbent Polymers (HySorbTM R7061) 3906.9090”;
(4) against S.No. 55 in column (1), under sub-serial (ii) in column (3),-
(i) in entry (69) after the word “Abamectin” the comma and the words “, Emamectin
Technical Material” shall be omitted;
(ii) after item (76), in columns (3), (4) and (5), the following shall be added, namely,-
(iii) Following raw materials for manufacture of
