(CUSTOMS)
S.R.O.33 (I)/2007.- In exercise of the powers conferred by section 19 of
the Customs Act, 1969 (IV of 1969), the Federal Government is pleased to direct that the
following further amendment shall be made in its Notification No.S.R.O. 567(I)/2006,
dated the 5th June, 2006, namely:-
In the aforesaid Notification, in Table-III, after serial number 15 in
column (2),(3),(4) and (5), the following new serial number and the entries relating
thereto shall be inserted, namely:-
“15A 2711.1900 L.P.G. 0% Nil.”.
This notification shall be deemed to have taken effect from 6th
December,2006.
