S.R.O. 1275(I)/2006.- In exercise of the powers conferred by section 19
of the Customs Act, 1969 (IV of 1969), the Federal Government is pleased to direct that
the following further amendments shall be made in its Notification
No.S.R.O.567(I)/2006, dated the 5th June, 2006, namely:-
In the aforesaid Notification, in Table-IV,-
(a) against S.No.62 in column (1), in column (3), for the words
and full stop “All medicines for cancer.”, the following
shall be substituted; namely:-
“All medicines for cancer”; - an illustrative list is
given below, namely:-:
(i) Aspaaraginase
(ii) Aminogluthemide
(iii) Anastrazol
(iv) Azathioprine
(v) Bleomyein
(vi) Busphan
(vii) Carboplatin

transplant.”, the following shall be substituted, namely:-

transplant
Hemodialysis solution/concentrate Peritoneal
dialysis solution/concentrate - list of drugs is given
below, namely:-
“(i) Azathioprin
(ii) Cyclosporine
(i) Basilliximab
(ii) Everolimus
(iii) Mycophenolic acid” ;
(c ) against S.No.68 in column (1), in column (3), the following
entries shall be added, namely:-
“Glyceryl trinitrate infusion or tablets.

Nitroglycerine spray.”;.
(d ) against S.No.69 in column (1), in column (3), for the
words, oblique and letters “All medicines for HIV/AIDS”,
the following shall be substituted, namely:-
“All medicines for HIV/AIDS; - an illustrative list
is given below, namely:-
(iv) Diadanosine
(v) Efavirenz
(vi) Indinavir
(vii) Lamivuldine
(viii) Nelfinavir
(ix) Navirapine
(x) Ritonavir
(xi) Sequinavir
(xii) Stavudine
(xiii) Zalcitabine
(xiv) Zaduvidine”; and
(e ) against S.No.70 in column (1), in column (3), for the words
“All medicines for thalassaemia”, the following shall be
substituted, namely:-
“All medicines for thalassaemia,” - an illustrative
list is given below, namely:-
(i) Desferrioxamine Mesylate
(ii) Defriprone”.
