(CUSTOMS)
S.R.O. 149(I)/2007. - In exercise of the powers conferred by section
19 of the Customs Act, 1969 (IV of 1969), and clause (a) of sub-section (2) of
section 13 of the Sales Tax Act, 1990, the Federal Government is pleased to
direct that in its Notification No. S.R.O. 554(I)/98, dated the 12th June, 1998, the
following amendments shall be made and shall be deemed to have been so
made on the 30th September, 2005, namely:-
In the aforesaid Notification, in condition (v), in clause (b), in the
proviso, after the word “relief” the words, figures and commas “can be availed
with effect from the 1st October, 2005, and” shall be inserted.
