This notfication amends Notification No. S.R.O. 575(I)/2005, dated the 6th June, 2005

GOVERNMENT OF PAKISTAN MINISTRY OF FINANCE, REVENUE AND ECONOMIC AFFAIRS (REVENUE DIVISION) *** Islamabad, the 20th October, 2005. NOTIFICATION (CUSTOMS) S.R.O.1063(I)/2005.- In exercise of the powers conferred by section 19 of the Customs Act, 1969 (IV of 1969), and sub-section (2) of section 13 of the Sales Tax Act, 1990, the Federal Government is pleased to direct that the following further amendment shall be made in its Notification No. S.R.O. 575(I)/2005, dated the 6th June, 2005, namely:- In the aforesaid Notification, in condition (i), after the word “time”, occurring for the second time, the words and commas “or, as the case may be, certified as such by the Engineering Development Board” shall be inserted. (I)/2005. - In exercise of the powers conferred by section 19 of the Customs Act, 1969 (IV of 1969), and clause (a) of sub-section (2) of section 3 of the Sales Tax Act, 1990, the Federal Government is pleased to direct that the following amendment shall be made in its notification No. S.R.O. 678(I)/2004, dated the 7th August, 2004, namely:- In the aforesaid Notification, in Explanation 1, after the word “Revenue”, at the end, the words and commas “or, as the case may be, certified as such by the Engineering Development Board” shall be added.
