Amendment in S.R.O. 565(I)/2005, dated the 6th June, 2005

GOVERNMENT OF PAKISTAN MINISTRY OF FINANCE, ECONOMIC AFFAIRS, STATISTICS AND REVENUE (REVENUE DIVISION) ***** Islamabad, the 29th September, 2005. NOTIFICATION CUSTOMS S.R.O. 1018(I)/2005.- In exercise of the powers conferred by section 19 of the Customs Act, 1969 (IV of 1969), the Federal Government is pleased to direct that the following further amendments shall be made in its Notification No. S.R.O. 565(I)/2005, dated the 6th June, 2005, namely:- In the aforesaid Notification, in the Table,- (a) against serial number 2 in column (1), in column (3),- (i) under item (A), in entry (22), after the word “materials” the words “for manufacture of evaporators and condensers” shall be added; (ii) under item (C), in entry (21), after the word “materials” the words “for manufacture of other type of `evaporators and condensers” shall be added; (iii) under item (E), in entry (29), for the word “tunes” the word “tubes” shall be substituted; (iv) against entry (9) of item (B), in column (6), for the words “Polyether Polyol” the words “Polyol Compound Component A” shall be substituted; and (v) against entry (9) of item (C), in column (6), for the words “Polyether Polyol” the words “Polyol Compound Component A” shall be substituted; (b) against serial number 22 in column (1), against entry (3) in column (3), in column (4), before the figure “5603.1200” the figure and word “5603.1100 and” shall be inserted; (c) against serial number 45 in column (1), in column (3), in entry (2), for the word “resin” the word “film” shall be substituted; and (d) after S.No. 76 in column (1) and the entries relating thereto in columns (2), (3), (4), (5) and (6), the following new serial number and the entries relating thereto shall be inserted, namely:- “77. | Milk Chillers of less than 3000 liter capacity | Parts and Components | Respective headings | 0% ad val. | If imported by local manufacturers duly recognized and recommended by EDB giving input-output ratios.” [C.No.1(6) Survey-I/2005-Pt] ( Shahid Ahmad ) Additional Secretary
