Notification No. S.R.O.567(I)/2005, dated the 6th June, 2005

GOVERNMENT OF PAKISTAN MINISTRY OF FINANCE AND REVENUE (REVENUE DIVISION) ***** Islamabad, the 16th September, 2005. NOTIFICATION (CUSTOMS) S.R.O. 969 (I)/2005.- In exercise of the powers conferred by section 19 of the Customs Act, 1969 (IV of 1969), the Federal Government is pleased to direct that in its Notification No. S.R.O.567(I)/2005, dated the 6th June, 2005, the following further amendment shall be made and shall be deemed to have been so made, namely:- In the aforesaid Notification, in Table I,- (a) against serial number 14 in column (1), in column (2),- (i) before the figure "0701.1000" and the entries relating thereto in columns (3), (4) and (5), the following new figure and the entries relating thereto shall be inserted, namely:- "0602.9010 Mushroom spawn seeds 0% Nil." (ii) after the figure "0701.1000"and the entries relating thereto in columns (3), (4) and (5), the following new figure and the entries relating thereto shall be inserted, namely:- 0704.1000 Cauliflower seeds 0% Nil 0713.1000 Peas (Pisum sativum) seeds 0% Nil. 0801.1910 Coconut seeds 0% Nil 0904.1190 Pepper seeds 0% Nil 0904.2090 Red chilly seeds 0% Nil."; and (iii) after the figure "1209.0000" and the entries relating thereto in columns (3), (4) and (5), the following new figure and the entries relating thereto shall be added, namely:- "1212.1000 Locust bean seeds 0% Nil."; and (b) against serial number 79 in column (1), in column (5), for the existing entry the following shall be substituted, namely:- "If imported by Aluminium Processing Units".
