Amendment in S.R.O. 575(I)/2005, dated the 6th June, 2005

GOVERNMENT OF PAKISTAN MINISTRY OF FINANCE, REVENUE AND ECONOMIC AFFAIRS (REVENUE DIVISION) *** Islamabad, the 24th September, 2005. NOTIFICATION (CUSTOMS) S.R.O.1012(I)/2005. - In exercise of the powers conferred by section 19 of the Customs Act, 1969 (IV of 1969), and sub-section (2) of section 13 of the Sales Tax Act, 1990, the Federal Government is pleased to direct that the following further amendments shall be made in its Notification No. S.R.O. 575(I)/2005, dated the 6th June, 2005, namely:- In the aforesaid Notification,- (a) in condition (ii), after the word “Executive” the comma and words “,or the person next in hierarchy duly authorized by the Chief Executive” shall be inserted; (b) in the Table, against serial number 16 in column (1), in column (5), in condition 2, after the word “Executive” the comma and words “or the person next in hierarchy duly authorized by the Chief Executive” shall be inserted; and (c) in Annex-A,- (i) after the words “Signature of Chief Executive”, the comma and words “,or the person next in hierarchy duly authorized by the Chief Executive” shall be added; and (ii) after the word “Name” the words “of Chief Executive” shall be omitted.
